This Privacy Policy explains how GKT Ventures, LLC dba Katie Cross Media ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, enroll in or use the AI Girls program, join our community, sign up for our emails, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1.Information We Collect
Information you provide. Your name, email address, billing and contact details, payment information (processed by our payment processor), content you post in the community, responses to surveys or forms, and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. Information from the platforms you use to access the Services (such as Skool), payment processors, email and advertising partners, and social media platforms — for example, when you click one of our ads or opt in through a form.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, operate, and deliver the Program and community; process payments and manage your account or subscription; communicate with you, including support and important service messages; send marketing and promotional emails (which you can opt out of); personalize and improve the Services; run and measure our advertising (including on platforms such as Meta); maintain security and prevent fraud; and comply with our legal obligations.
3.Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do.
4.Advertising
We use third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) to show you ads and measure their performance. These platforms may use cookies and pixels to collect information about your activity across websites and apps in order to show you relevant ads. You can adjust your ad preferences through those platforms' settings and through your device's ad-tracking controls.

- Service providers who help us operate the Services, such as Skool (community), Stripe (payments), and hosting and analytics providers.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Sections 3 and 4.

- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6.Third-Party Services and AI Tools
The Services reference and link to third-party platforms and tools, including Skool and the AI tools taught within the Program. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties — please review their policies. Anything you input into a third-party AI tool is handled under that provider's privacy policy, not ours.
7.Email and Marketing Choices
We may send you marketing emails. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting
katie@katiecross.co. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages related to your account, billing, or important Program updates.
8.Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
9.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with data-protection laws different from those in your own country.
13.Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently respond to these signals.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and we will communicate material changes as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
